Full time averages 32 - 40 hours for the year with seasonal down time.

The Assistant Grower will work side-by-side with our Head Grower on the daily growing and maintenance of plants throughout their production cycles. Monitoring crops for growth, health, insects and diseases, proper irrigation, fertilizer and nutrient management and application. Crop record keeping and reporting crop development and any issues to Head Grower. Able and willing to work in all-weather types, stand/walk all day (8+ hours), work 40+ hours and weekends as the business needs and comfortably lift 25-50 pounds regularly. A horticultural degree or min 1 - 2 years experience working in a greenhouse environment required. Full Time: 40+ hours/week.
