The role of the Administrative Operations Assistant will provide a variety of administrative functions, customer service and support the production team in a greenhouse setting. Able and willing to work in all-weather types, stand/walk all day (8+ hours) and comfortably lift 25-50 pounds regularly. Proficiency with Excel, Word and QuickBooks required.

Greenhouse crews are responsible for filling pots with soil, transplanting young plants and watering greenhouses daily. Accurately load/unload trucks, fulfill orders and support the production team. Full-time and part-time positions available.

The Assistant Grower will work side-by-side with our Head Grower on the daily growing and maintenance of plants throughout their production cycles. Monitoring crops for growth, health, insects and diseases, proper irrigation, fertilizer and nutrient management and application. Crop record keeping and reporting crop development and any issues to Head Grower. Able and willing to work in all-weather types, stand/walk all day (8+ hours), work 40+ hours and weekends as the business needs and comfortably lift 25-50 pounds regularly. A horticultural degree or min 1 - 2 years experience working in a greenhouse environment required.

Earn $22 - $25/hour
