Grand Rewards discounts apply to one-time purchases from our Seasonal Decor collection. The qualifying purchase must be at least equal to the value of the reward being used.
Rewards are connected to the account that earned them and can’t be transferred to another customer. Issued rewards do not expire and may be combined with eligible product, order, and shipping discounts when those promotions also allow combinations.
Grand Rewards discounts cannot currently be used on subscription purchases.

What are Grand Rewards?
Grand Rewards are points you can earn through the Simple and Grand loyalty program. Once you’ve collected enough points, you can exchange them for discounts on eligible one-time Seasonal Decor purchases.
How do I join Grand Rewards?
Joining is free. Simply create a Simple and Grand customer account or sign in to your existing account. Your points, available rewards, and activity will all be connected to that account.
How do I earn points?
You can earn Grand Rewards through eligible purchases and other earning opportunities shown in the Ways to Earn section of this page. Available activities and point values may occasionally change.
What can I use my rewards on?
Rewards may be used on eligible one-time purchases from the Simple and Grand Seasonal Decor collection. They cannot currently be applied to subscription purchases.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes. Your eligible purchase must be at least equal to the value of the reward you’re redeeming. For example, a $25 reward requires a minimum eligible purchase of $25.
Do my rewards expire?
Issued Grand Rewards discounts do not currently expire, so you can redeem them when you’re ready.
Can I combine a reward with another discount?
Grand Rewards are configured to combine with eligible product, order, and shipping discounts. The other promotion must also allow discount combinations for both offers to work together.
Can I give my points or reward to someone else?
No. Points and rewards are connected to the customer account that earned them and can only be redeemed by that customer.
