How does the seasonal planter subscription work?
Your planter subscription provides one professionally designed seasonal planter delivered to your home at the beginning of each season. When the next season arrives, our team delivers your new arrangement and removes the previous planter for composting. This keeps your entry looking fresh year round without any work on your end. Subscriptions renew automatically each season.
How often will I receive a new planter?
You will receive one new planter at the start of each season.

Each delivery includes a newly designed arrangement created specifically for that season.
Do you remove the old planter?
Yes. When your new seasonal planter arrives, our delivery team removes the previous arrangement and handles composting and recycling of plant materials. This keeps the transition between seasons simple and hands free.
When will my planter be delivered?
Planters are delivered at the beginning of each season based on local weather conditions. Delivery timing can vary slightly each year because we wait until outdoor conditions are appropriate for the plants. Customers receive an email or text notification a few days before delivery.
Where do you deliver seasonal planters?
Simple and Grand provides local delivery within select zip codes in:

- Iowa
- Nebraska
- Kansas
- Missouri
Availability depends on your zip code. Customers can confirm service availability on the planter page before ordering.
Can I order more than one planter?
Yes. Many customers order multiple planters for front entries, patios, garages, and outdoor living spaces. Simply adjust the quantity before adding the planter to your cart. Each planter will receive its own seasonal design and delivery.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your planter subscription, the seasonal plant insert remains with you. The permanent container is part of our rental program and will be retrieved during the next seasonal service window.
